Empowering Through Education
The Teresa Bursary Program is an educational support initiative structured to assist vulnerable children from Baby Class to Primary Seven. Operating primarily across Kampala's slum communities, the program partners directly with local government primary schools to eliminate barriers preventing underprivileged children from accessing standard classroom learning.

Identification of Beneficiaries
Collaborating with partner school administrators to select children facing intense financial hardships who demonstrate standard commitment to learning.
Home Visits & Assessments
Conducting home baseline surveys for selected candidates to verify living standards and document the vulnerability status of parents or guardians.
Registration & Documentation
Formally onboarding verified beneficiaries to allow transparent tracking, program planning, and targeted budgeting throughout each academic cycle.
School Attendance Monitoring
Partnering with class teachers to check physical school attendance records and address early signs of absenteeism.
Academic Progress Tracking
Reviewing official terminal progress reports to evaluate academic performance and counsel students needing scholastic support.
Annual Christmas Fellowship
Hosting a year-end community celebration in partnership with Friends of Charity to bring together families, build community bonds, and share encouraging updates.
