Teresa Children Center

The Teresa Children’s Center serves as the essential administrative and coordination heart for Sister Teresa Babies Home in Nsambya. This multipurpose facility is designed to support both child welfare management and active community outreach operations.

By combining central leadership offices, professional staff housing, psychosocial therapy rooms, and sustainable nutritional projects, the center provides holistic care while maintaining deep ties with local Ugandan communities.

Operational Program Activities

Administration & Coordination

Overseeing programmatic systems, child protection regulations, record keeping, resource distribution, and staff coordination for Sister Teresa Babies Home, Nsambya.

Counseling & Spiritual Guidance

Providing spiritual care, resilient mental health counseling, and pastoral mentorship led by Rev. Fr. Raymond Kalanzi to guide families through emotional distress.

Outreach & Social Welfare Support

Conducting household assessments, emergency home visits, family-strengthening programs, and educational aid to help mitigate domestic vulnerabilities.

Bakery for the Poor Feeding Initiative

Supplying 500 loaves of freshly baked bread daily to vulnerable children and local orphanages across Kampala to combat food insecurity and secure basic nutrition.
